Missing "Save as" option in Word

Hi there,

I have a user that her "save as" option disappeared from
her File menu. I tried to do a reinstall of Office, but
it didn't work. Does anyone have any ideas of what to do.

Hi Connie,

You can reset your menu bar or replace the command. Go to
Tools/Customize and on the Toolbars tab scroll down and select "Menu
Bar". Then click Reset command.

If the user has customized her menu bar then in the Customize dialog
box select the Commands tab and then select the File category. Locate
Save as on the right and drag/drop it back into place on the File
menu.
