Missing SBCMSYNC.DLL

I am running Outlook 2003 with Business Manager on a
computer with Office 2003 upgrade. Every time I launch
Outlook it tells me it cannot load the above
file. "DETECT AND REPAIR" does not work, contrary to the
statement in the window. How do I fix this?

Is this machine an upgrade from Office 2000? If yes, then the Small Business
Customer Manager is the culprit.
Go into Outlook's
TOOLS | OPTIONS | OTHER | ADVANCED | ADD IN MANAGER
uncheck the Outlook Synchronization box
