Missing scroll bars in Gantt view

I opened a Project that I've been working on and discovered that the
horizontal and vertical scroll bars in the Gantt view are missing. I looked
through 'Tools -> Options' but couldn't find anything to restore. Can you
assist? Thanks so much in advance.

Tools/Options.../View tab has a box for Scroll Bars.
