Missing share my calendar

I'm missing share my calendar in the navigation bar.
I have outlook 2003 connected to a exchange server.
I need to share the boss's calender with his secretary.

Any suggestions

The boss needs to do the sharing, which can be done on the Permissions tab of folder's Properties dialog.
