Missing SKU111

Dear All:

I was unsuccessful in installing Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter
(KB89000000854). I accessed that via www.microsoft.com/office/downloads/
Check for Updates.

It is looking for SKU111. I installed the CD I originally used and that
file is not on it. The SKU files on it are: 026, 0A4 and 1CA.

How do I install that update? I have previously installed updates using the
same procedures.

This file is on the Office Professional 2003 CD. What Office 2003
product do you have?

Dear Susan:

Office Small Business Edition, 2003, which came as part of Microsoft Action
Pack.

I have previously used the *exact* same technique to update O2K3 and I had
no problems using the same CD which does not work now.

If you go to Add/Remove Programs, do you see any other Office components
installed, either 2K3 or earlier? That would include Publisher, Visio,
Project, Works...

The Windows Installer is convinced that you have some Office Pro component
installed.

Dear Susan:

Yes, they are: 2003 Resource Kit, FrontPage 2003, Live Meeting, Visio
Professional 2003 and Personal Folders Backup.

I eventually found the missing SKU111.cab file. I went through the
directory of *all* of the above CDs and I found it on an Office 2003 CD. I
have three sets of Office 2003 CDs and that file was only on one of the
three sets. I would have expected it to be on all of them'
