We have a document that has been sent out to an independent contracto
for proper formatting and design. She apparently is making the change
by adjusting "rules" in Word. When she prints or PDFs the document fro
her end everything looks correct. When we receive the document and ope
it the spacing between words is incorrect. About one space every 3-
lines is missing and words are pushed together. The newly combine
words aren't underlined to signify that they are misspelled. Everyon
is using Word 2007. The document is saved as a docx instead of
template. Does this make a difference? Is that why the "rules" sh
creates for the document are not showing up on everyone else's version
