Missing Style Sheets

The styles I created in Word 2004 on the mac are missing when the file is opened in Word 2007 on a PC. Any advice on where they've gone?

Are the styles "missing" or simply "invisible"? Make sure you have set up
the Word 2007 Task Pane to show you "All Styles". It has a very irritating
default that shows only the popular styles.

Your styles haven't gone anywhere, but your document has :)

Styles that have been "used" will be stored in the document and will be
available wherever you send it. Styles that were not used in that specific
document will have remained in the template you stored them in on the Mac.

That will be the Normal template unless you changed it.

You can use Organiser to copy styles from the template into a document, or
between templates.

Hope this helps
