You have a fairly fundamental problem there. I would run a thorough virus
check and an anti-spyware check before I went any further.
Then do a Repair install of Windows, followed by a repair install of Office
2000.
I would say that for some reason, your registry is cactus, and I hope that's
NOT caused by a dying hard disk

I am missing submenus in all Office 2000 applications for my Windows XP
OS computer. I am further missing submenus in the Start-> Programs as
well. How can I fix this?
