Missing Tab

Hello,

I am a new user of OneNote and new to this group.
So please excuse me if my problem has already been
discussed.


My problem is:
Some sections do not appear as tabs but they still exist.
I can find them in the Explorer window as folders.
I can load such "lost" section by clicking on it.
Then the tab appears again in OneNote.
I there a way to avoid this detour?

Ivan,

Have you been right clicking on tabs and selecting Close?

If so, OneNote opens with the sections you closed ... um ... closed.
