Hello,

I created this db in MS ACCESS 2003 and recently our office upgraded to MS
ACCESS 2007.
Everything was working fine, until a User noticed that after entering Text
into a Comments field part if not all of what was typed was cut off . This
takes places while exiting and opening the same record were the comments were
typed. I set the Comment field to MEMO in 2003....I'm not sure what is
happening upon open and closing of the forms to cut parts of the text off...
any idea ?

Hi Musa,
Have a look at the table for that comment field and see what the settings
are for the data type and field length. What other settings can you see for
that field?

That looks fine.
It may be some corruption of the textbox on the form or corruption of the
form.
Try replacing the textbox on the form.
If that doesn't fix it, try recreating the form.
