Missing text

Hey guys!!

I have a user with outlook 2003 on exchange 2003. He has autopreview turned
on. Every now and then he will get an email that he can see part of the
message in the email (in the inbox) like you normally do with autopreview
turned on. However if he opens the mail message, the body of the mail message
is gone! If he clicks reply, he can't type a reply message either.

Anyone have any ideas whats causing this?
