Missing themes in FP2003

I just upgraded to FP2003, I have custom themes on some existing sites but
when opened in FP2003 they are gone. Sites show as no theme applied. Any
easy fix?

If they were custom themes they should be in your
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Themes
Typically that would be found in the folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Microsoft\Themes

If they were in the old FP default themes folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Themes
They won't show up FP2003 in the themes list, since it uses
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\THEMES11

But in all cases a theme within a FP Site (local or remote) should still show up (no matter what folder the theme .elm files are
in), if it was applied as the Default theme for the site
If it was not applied as a default (applied only to selected pages) it will not show up until you open that page using the theme
To see what FP thinks the themes in a site are use View Reports Shared Content Themes
