I am missing my Standard and Formatting toolbars in Word and Excel 2008. If I click View | Toolbar, both are checked. I have to uncheck one of them and recheck it, then click on a part of the document or spreadsheet in order to make it show up again.
If I exit the program and go back in, then I have to do it all over again.
