Missing Toolbox?

I am computer literate, but for the life of me, I cannot get the Toolbo
to come up. I can see the button in the toolbar and I can press it an
depress, but when I do, nothing happens. The Toolbox does not come up
Has this happened to anyone else?

If you are using Access 2000 or later, see the following KB article:

If you are using an earlier version of Access, or the above doesn't provide a
solution, then right-click on the Windows taskbar (on an area not occupied by an
application's button) and, in the pop-up menu, select "Cascade Windows". This
should bring the toolbox into the visible screen area.
