Missing tools menu from Word

I am currently missing the Tools menu in Word, I am using Microsoft
Word for Macs, 2004, Version 11.3.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Choose View/Toolbars/Customize Toolbars/Menus...

In the Toolbars pane, select "Menu Bar" (so that it's highlighted, not
just checked. Click Reset.
