Missing Top & Bottom Margin

Hello Group,

About a month ago I noticed when opening Word (2003),
the cursor is at the top of the page (no top margin). I can create a
doc and most times it comes out okay. Sometimes the formatting is
crazy.

I have come across a work around.
When I start a new document, I select View Header and Footer.
Then I close Header and Footer.

My cursor is back to normal, away from the top.

Any insights on what is going on ?
