I've been working on an application using VBA in Excel 2000 on my PC at
work, and while I'm at home with the flu, thought I'd progress it
further with Excel v.X on my PowerBook. Alas, I discovered, courtesy
of this group, that ActiveX controls don't work on a mac. However, I
also found that I couldn't access the VBA Editor Help files, because
Excel couldn't locate them, advising me to reload the application from
the install disc. Although initially reluctant, I did a complete
reinstallation, with the same result. Now, I hope it's a coincidence
that I yesterday upgraded my Mac OS to Tiger, but I'd be prepared to
listen to any advice from more experienced Excel gurus than me.
