missing vba32.dll when open Access database

I kept getting this error message when I tried to open an
Access database which was converted from 2002 format into
97 format. The database couldn't be opened. It's asking
for a vba32.dll file. Please help me how to correct this
problem. Thanks.

Is Access 97 installed on the machine, because you will need it. Because
its looking for a 97 component.

Also, before firing up the app, fire up Access 97 first, thats right,
just open up 97 first, then close it, then open up your app.

Thanks, Sean for replying to my message. I do have Access
97 installed locally. In my Access database I had a form
Startup runs everytime I open that database. It ran quite
okay before I added more VBA codes in my apps. Is there
any way that I can download the VBA32.DLL file into my
PC ? Thanks.
