Missing vpmsece.dll

Hello,

When I open Outlook 2000, I receive this error "The add-in C:\program
files\NavNT\vpmsece.dll could not be installed or loaded." I have used the
Detect and Repair from the Help menu and it has not resolved the problem.

I receive the same message and cannot 'detect and repair as instructed

Hi,

This problem can occur if Norton antivirus is installed and enabled for email scan, and later uninstalled without disabling the email scan. I recommmend that you check with Norton, as
this will most likely involve a Registry edit.
