How do you mean "leaves out the zip codes"? Is the field
not available? Or do you not see any data in the field,
even though you've inserted it?
Can you show us what the zip field code contains in the
Excel source for the first ten records, please? (Copy/paste
into your reply)
Do you know which connection method you're using (DDE, ODBC
or Word's internal spreadsheet converter)?
when I merge excell file in mail merge to print labels,
it leaves out zip codes.
I am using office 2000.
