Mistakenly deleted document required to be undelete

Sir,

Kindly help me out. I am working on Windows 2000 operating
system using MS-Office 2000. Mistakenly I have deleted a
part of document file (approx first 80 pages out of 140)
created in MS-Word 2000 and saved it. Now, I want that
deleted documents. Please let me know the process of
getting that documents. I have chacked temp folder and
search with the text but I could not recoverd the text.

Kindly let me know whether I can get the deleted text any
how or I have to retype the entire deleted doucments.
