[Lost In Live]

I initially tried to register a domain name and mistakenly transfered it to
MS Live & went through the entire process with the credit card and
everything. I have since found out that the domain name is already
registered under someone else. Now that I've realized my error, I'm trying to
register a new domain & the MS Live registration system won't let me.

Can the previous transaction be deleted or cancelled or something so I can
register a new domain name that is safe & has not been registered by anyone
else. There's no # to call. What should I do. I'm a total novice at this.
