Mistakingly set as POP3 and lost all email on server...anyway to retrieve and..

I mistakingly set up an Outlook account as a POP3 rather than Exchange and
lost all email on the Exchange server. Is there any way to change back to
Exchange and not loose the email I have from the POP3 configuration?

Yes, setup a new profile to connect to the Exchange server. Open the PST
file via File > Open that the POP3 account was using and copy/move the items
back to the server.
