MIVA 4 sales confirmation emails not showing taxes and shipping

We use MIVA 4 for our eCommerce site. When the customer purchase
something from our online store, they get an email, but it is not
showing valid numbers for the taxes and shipping charges. The rest of
the email is good.

Any ideas and tips?
