Mix of Office Products

My users have older versions of Word and Excel but we just bought new copies
of Outlook 2003 for everyone. Should I download and Install the Office 2003
SP1 which says it has updates for Outlook or will this screw up Word and
Excel since they are not 2003?

No, this will not hurt the Office XP products. You will get SP1 installed
on only your Office 2003 products (only Outlook in your case).
