Mixed inbox email's

What’s happening here..

We operate Windows Business VISTA operating system that has two users’
accounts, a number of times when using Outlook 2007 (independent email
accounts for each user) will read in the others users emails only one or two
in to my inbox.

At times new emailsin the inbox will become combined with old, example the
subject would be current/old date sent/old sent by contact name/with mixed
email content from the old and new messages – what is causing this?

Also at times and could be related issue, when logged on to my account
profile outlook inbox can display messages from the others user account mail
from last week – weird..

I have checked my antivirus and the McAfee Security centre is happy and all
up to date and I regularly check for Microsoft Updates.
Have run Spy Bot and Ad-Aware programs (current definitions) with nothing
discovered.

Any Suggestions of where to go with this annoying issue??

Are your "separate" email addresses actually ALIASES of the one master
account? Do you have the same log-in Username and Password on both?

ok,
our service provider is Bigpond.com, with this accout we have a primary
account that Bigpond with its own Email address/password, then we have two
other email accounts one for my self and the other for the other user with
independent address/passwords.

my account reads the email from both the primary email as well as my
personal one, this issue occurs in both user accounts.

so does that make them aliases? does this help?

I'm slightly mystified by the password thing - the only way one email
account will download mail from another email account unless the User has
deliberately set it up, is if the email accounts are aliases.
Are all your email addresses in the form of "(e-mail address removed)"?

thanks Gordon,

our Email addreses are (e-mail address removed)..

i seems that its only old emails that appear in my inbox in this strange
manner, such as email dated last month arrived today with information in it
of new and old content.

It has to be a Vista thing or Office 2007 playing with me...

i thought someone out there must have been experiancing a simular issue.
