When I try to open a Word document, ANY Word document, I get two errors:
"Cannot open C://...ProgramFiles\MMMarketLibrary.dot" and "Cannot open
C://...Startup\PalmApp.dot" Can anyone tell me what is going on here?

Some nasty third party application or utility has attempted to install
templates into Word: it looks as though you have tried to hook up a Palm
pocket PC? You need to find and remove these templates or change the
extension from .dot to .bad. They are probably in either Word or Office
Start-up folders.
