I had a MO 2003 trial -30 days. After expiration, I purchased a new one
online. Instead of entering new product key when wizard began, I installed
software and then inserted product key. I noticed after that Wizard setup
showed: "MO 2003 Standard Edition for Students and Teachers". (I'm not either
one). I uninstalled everything, and just entered product key from software
envelope I purchased. It would not take the new key number. I was receiving
emails but cannot reply to them; also, some commands on Toolbars are active
and some are not. I set up my email account from TimeWarner Road Runner to
Microsoft Outlook 2003 and it all went well with email setup. I don't
understand why documents are locked according to window pane, and why product
key won't accept. Help!!!!!!!!
