To clarify, can hand written notes entered with the stylus to a Mobile 5
phone or PDA, be uploaded to OneNote on my Tablet ??.
For example -to be able to hand jot a task down on my PDA's screen and then
"flag" it as per OneNote so as to enter to my Outlokk task list, would be
very useful (and pretty cool)

Yes, sort of. You can create notes on your PDA, have those uploaded via
ActiveSync to OneNote on your Tablet. On the tablet you can flag them
and/or add them to the Outlook task list.

One catch: OneNote isn't going to recognize your PDA handwriting so creating
the Outlook task may be a bit problematic - you'll have to do some typing
almost certainly.
