Mobile recordings: can OneNote Mobile on a Windows Mobile device be
configured so that recordings can be saved to a Storage Card?

It's an all or nothing part of the configuration. If you install (or in
your case, re-install) ONM onto the storage card instead of main memory,
all data will be stored on the card, including recordings.
