Dear Group,
We developed a PocketPC Mobile Solution for MS Project that can be
downloaded for free from our website http://www.signalkontor.com
It enables you to view and edit task details (Duration, Progress,
Costs, Resources) on your PDA. As a special feature, you can stick a
voice note to a task on your mobile device.
After downloading the changes to your PC your MS Project file will be
updated automatically. Voice notes are accessible via the task notes
for playback in your favorite player.
The application is English, but unfortunaly download page and help is
german only up to now. Please se the short help below for a quick
start.

Quick Start

Download the installer file from our website, unzip and install it.
Please make sure, your PDA is connected via Active Sync! As some file
will be copied to your "My Document" folder on the mobile device please
ensure to activate synchronization of files within ActiveSync.
In MS Project:
- Start MS Project and open a project file
- Click the button "Mobile Project" in the Toolbar (If not visible
please ensure to enable the toolbar "Mobile Project")
- Select "Start upload" to upload the project data to your device
On your mobile device:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to your favorites and select "XD Mobile Project"
You should now see the project details. Clicking a Task will bring you
to it's subtask or task details where you can change details or add a
voice note to a task.
To Update Your local Project File
- connect your PDA to your PC
- Open our MS Project file that you have uploaded to your device
- Select "Mobile Project" in the toolbar.
- Select "Start Download" to update your data
