I have tried and tried but when I download messages into Entourage, all reply arrows show but the forward arrows do not. I am guessing that this is another problem that Apple has to "fix"...

It shouldn't be a problem. Actually, I've never seen that before.
You might want to rebuild you database :-\
(press the Option key down as you launch Entourage).

Bad preference then maybe?? Really, I've never seen that before.
You might consider setting the preference file aside and relaunching
Entourage to see if the problem goes away.
