WHEN I BOUGHT MY COMPUTER TWO YEARS AGO IT WAS A "REFURBISHED" UNIT AND HAD
ALL THE PROGRAMS ON THAT I NEEDED AND WORKED WELL. HOWEVER THE KIDS HAVE
STARTED USING IT AND HAVE DELETED MY "MICROSOFT OFFICE" WHAT CAN I DO TO
RETRIEVE THIS OR HAS IT DISAPPEARED FOR EVER.

First, release the cap locks key. Typing in all caps is regarded as
shouting.

If they have deleted the shortcuts you should be able to retrieve them from
the recycle bin. If they have deleted the program, and it was not a
licensed copy, there probably is nothing you can do.

However, this is a group for discussions about Microsoft Access, a
relational database program. You may do better to post in one of the Office
groups (perhaps Setup or Misc.). You should be able to scroll down on the
web page to find them.
