Modal / Pop Up Report

Hi,

I have a report that I have set the Modal and Pop up properties to YES.

I also have the close button property set to YES, and the boarder style is
set to DIALOG.

I am having two problems with my report:

1) The close does not appear (I have to put the report into design mode to
close it).
2) There are no print buttons on the report. The only way I can print it is
to right click the report and select print. Is there a way to include the
print button?

I only want "close" and "print" buttons for the report - no other options.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
