Model projects with Portfolio Modeler

Hi, I've created a new model and added to it two published project with resources from the project server (build a team).
once i open that model it shows the two time lines of the projects in light green and the column of the charts are in dark green, role the mouse over them columns will give me the name of the resource, skill:(none) and that he is 0% allocated knowing that I've added the tasks and assign the resources to them and i know that they are over allocated (more than %600
is it because there is no OLAP created? or is it any other thing that you can help me on?

well I've discovered something new and amazing too!!
I've added a new resource which is just made for testing i noticed that this resources is getting red and show the percentage as over allocated while the other resources are not???
why?
why I'm not getting real feed back?
