At least expose the Attribute NOTES please. This type library as it
stands is almost useless.

Alternatively just show both the Conceptual and Physical names on the
Attributes grid, it's crazy to have to open up a dialog to Edit each
attribute, just to give them nicer Conceptual names after reverse
engineering a diagram.

I agree - does anyone know if the Data Model aspects of Visio such as
"Notes" and "Triggers" are planned to be exposed to VBA in the next
release?

For example I would like to build a macro to make all tables that have
triggers on them appear in red.

Hi Dave

I just wanted to ask: Have you been able use Visio VBA to access properties
/ attributes of an Entity on an Entity Relationship Diagram? I am referring
to properties such as Columns, Primary ID, Indexes, etc.

I need to be able to access such properties in Visio VBA and would really
appreciate it if you had some sample code.

unfortunately the modeling engine is a closed application with no api's
al
