I am having trouble setting up the phone dialer in Outlook 2000. I
connect using broadband to receive messages but also have a 56k modem
installed which I want to use for phone dialing. The modem is all set
up correctly and I have successfully tested it by connecting to an ISP
I use. However when I try to speed dial I get the following dialog -
"An internal error occurred in the automatic phone dialer. Close the
Dial Phone dialog box, and then open it again."
I get a similar message if attempt to set up Line Properties. There
are 2 lines to connect to
IPCONF LINE and
H323 Line
which make no sense since I don't remember setting these up and don't
know they mean or how to change them. Any help in trying to understand
what is going on here would be much appreciated.
