Moderated Discussion groups

Hi

Are there any how-to documentation on setting up moderated public folders
that will also use NNTP to allow external clients to connect with OE as
well as internal users using Outlook. Are there any custom forms used?.
I have tried setting up a moderated public folder, messages posted to the PF
goes to the moderator, but they would like a approve button instead of
heaving to move the message back into the folder.
This is for internal use only. Not a public forum.

Any pointers appreciated.
