The community would appreciate it if Microsoft would remove posts that have
nothing to do with OneNote.

These forums aren't really moderated, per se. While there is a mechanism to
try and address spam posted in the groups there really isn't any elegant way
to deal with off-topic messages that are otherwise valid. There aren't too
many of them anyhow, best to just click to the next thread and ignore them.
