MODI writer is opening th temp file while printing

I am facing problem while printing the document using Microsoft Office
Document Image writer. The MODI writer is opening the temp files created
during printing. Can any body help me as it is creating bad image at customer
site.

Not quite sure what file you are talking about, but make very sure the
user has required access to the various folders and you may want to run
Disk Cleanup in case the temp folders are full of old files.
