modification is locked

I download the trial, when I open the page and converted and restart and Itry
again ask the same thing, convert to more features. I used my key product and
do it again, but it says this modification is locked. How can I unlocked it?

What "product key"?

microsoft activation wizard, click covert, enter product key, type your 25
character product key, I did. then Install Now. Configuration progress. then
Microsoft Office home and student 2007 trial configuration has completed
successfully. Close and restart to allow setup changes to take effect. I Did
it.. but I open it to use it, and the same problem, to convert again. Am
doing something wrong?

Presumably you are entering the product key that you received by Email
when you downloaded the trial?
Have you activated? (In Word do Office Button-Word
Options-Resources-Activate)

I did too, click activate, just send me to convert , and the same proccess

Well there's something VERY wrong there. The activation function should
just err activate.
Has the trial expired?

It's says trial is expired. In this expired state, many features of the
product are unavailable until you convert to the full product. Then
convert....
I download this trial yesterday, so far I can use it.

Try this:
With all Office apps closed Use Start=>Search and locate the file
opa12.dat and recycle it, then restart the PC, start one of the
Office 2007 trial edition apps and see if you can activate it.
