modified COUNTIF

Generally COUNTIF would ignore the case of the text, but I would like
to count the text on a case sensitive base. Suppose in Cell A1 contains
"jack", and in Column B contains "Jack", "JACK", "jACK" and "jack", I
want to know what formula could count the number of "jack" in Column B?
