Modified Danish-Norwegian Sort Order?

Greetings! My Access 2003 database (originally Access 6) is set for
Danish-Norwegian sort order. This puts the ring-A at the end of the
alphabet, rather than with the A's.

My problem is that it also puts AA at the end of the alphabet,
probably because AA is an alternative way to write the ring-A. But I
want AA to be alphabetized in the English way, before AB.

Is there any language setting to do this? Is it possible to create my
own collating sequence and have Access use it for all operations in
this database?

I've searched the archives, but the only advice I could find was to
create a separate table for the collating sequence. That would be
very cumbersome because I'd have to modify all my queries, and I'd
have to create new queries to replace my present direct access to
tables. I'm hoping there's a better way.

A: Maybe because some people are too annoyed by top posting.
Q: Why do I not get an answer to my question(s)?
A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top posting such a bad thing?
