"Modified" Date in Clean Up Cache dialog is incorrect

I am on WSS 3.0 SP2, Project Server 2007 SP2 and Project Pro 2007 SP2. The
"Modified" date I see in the Clean Up Cache dialog is always in the future.
All of my machines have the correct date/time/time zone. I look at the file
date/times of the .mpc files in the cache folder and they are correct.

Example:
..mpc file = 11/4/2007 3:46 PM
cache "modified" date = 11/5/09 1:39 AM

Any idea what could cause this?
