modified form to no longer have menus or tool bar and now stuck

I wanted to test having a form for my users without any
toolbars.. as a stat option and now I can not access my
database....

How can I get access to all menus again?

At least you figured out how to hide things!

Try holding down the shift key as the application starts up. It will by-pass
your settings.
