"Modifieed" Date on Form

track modifications. I use use the "UpdateDate" in
MSysObjects for tables & queries and it works fine. In
the article below, Microsoft describes why it doesn't work
on Forms & Reports.

A quick test suggests that this is also a problem in
Access XP.

Does anyone have an automated way to track Object
Changes? I've tried a 5 minute timer routine using
acSysCmdGetObjectState > 1, but it doesn't seem to find
design view.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
