Modifing the "Trifold" print format

Does anyone know how to make modifications to the trifold
print style. Ultimately, I want to resize columns in the
taskpad section (option). I can get to the editing
portion of defining print styles, but it does no allow for
any reformatting of the "print style" itself.

I did find a file called "TRIFOLD3.PRT" that I assume is
the print template, but I don't know how to open it (what
application) or how to edit.
