Modify a Calendar Template

In Word 2007 is there any way to open the "capsules" calendar template file,
personalize it for my organization (i.e. add hours of operation table on the
right) and resave the template? I would like to be able to "set the calendar
dates" for an entire year without having to add the hours of operation to
every page.

Do you actually mean Word? In Publisher the best way is to create text boxes for
your information, copy/paste to each month. You will have to adjust the
position.
