Modify "Cost Rate Table" headings

Is it possible to change the "Cost Rate Table" heading from the existing
choices of "A(default), B, C, D, E" to something else like "Program Blue",
"Program Orange", etc

We have different rates for our resources depending on what program they are
working on. I would like Project Proffessional to display something other
than A through E for the different costs.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Bad news. The answer is no. Unfortunately, those Cost Rate Table tabs do
not work like the worksheet tabs in Excel. Sorry.
