Modify default size of insert comment

You need to change the Tooltip font for Windows. Right-click your desktop, choose Properties, and
then Appearance, and choose "Advanced" then choose Tooltip under item.

I only wanto to change the size of the insert comment windows insid
Excel, not the font in the operating system. I suppose we are talkin
about the same.
